James Virgil Brown, 73, of Manhattan, passed away early Thursday morning March 15, 2007 at Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community in Manhattan.
He was born on December 12, 1933 in Shawnee, Kansas, the son of David and Flauda (McEndree) Brown. James served his country in the United States Army in 1954. He was preceded in death by his son David Sharp.
Military graveside Honors will be Tuesday March 20th at 2:00 p.m., at Westmoreland Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
