Regina "Jean" Hall Kennedy, 90, formerly of the Belvue and Wamego, KS area, passed away Wednesday, August 20 in Sugarland, TX at her residence. Private graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 26 at Belvue Cemetery.
