Craig Brian Goff, 55, of Wamego, Kansas, passed away on Thursday (July 30, 2026) at his home.

Born October 23, 1970, in Manhattan, Kansas, Craig was the son of Don and Marcia (Lindstrom) Goff. Craig spent his early life on farms west of Manhattan. He attended school in Riley County where he was an active member of FFA and 4-H. He graduated in the Class of 1989. His red 1978 Ford truck, which he still owns today, was well known around Riley and is a beloved part of many stories from friends. Craig loved spending time playing cards and having Sunday dinner at Keats with his family, taking late-night drives with Gracyn to discuss life and enjoy ice cream together, and Saturday workday at the farm with Dalton and his dad. He also never missed an opportunity to mentor his nephews and niece or plan a trip to Branson with the family.

Craig and Briana (Nelson) were united in marriage on October 11, 2003. Three years later, their son Dalton was born, followed by daughter Gracyn in 2010. In 2020, they achieved their vision of establishing a family farm southeast of Wamego, and in 2026, adding their dream home.

Craig was a godly man who loved his family, was a loyal friend, and a humble man with a generous and kind heart. He lived his life with integrity, honor, truth, and strength. Craig was a member of Crestview Christian Church, Manhattan Kansas.

Craig earned his Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics and graduated from Kansas State University in 1993. He began his career at Meinhardt Farm Equipment in 1992. Craig worked in numerous positions during his 34-year career and was instrumental in the merging and development of the current company, KanEquip. Craig served as General Manager of KanEquip for 20 years and became CEO of KanEquip in November 2025. He was a quiet but strong and highly respected leader who developed deep relationships with friends and family, employees and other professionals in the farm implement business.

Craig is survived by his wife, Briana; son, Dalton; and daughter, Gracyn, of Wamego; his parents, Don and Marcia Goff, Keats KS; his sister, April Goff, St. George KS; his brothers, Travis (Kambria) Goff, St. George KS; Brandon (Shellie) Goff, Springfield MO, ten nephews and one niece, and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Marvin and Elaine (Trumpp) Lindstrom, paternal grandparents, Dean and Wanda (Hollowell) Goff, and mother-in-law, Dixie (Angle) Nelson.

Funeral services will be held Monday morning (August 3, 2026) at 10:00 at Crestview Christian Church, 3940 Excel Road, Manhattan, Kansas with Pastor Devin Wendt officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery near Riley, Kansas.

Visitation will be held Sunday evening (August 2, 2026) from 4:00 to 6:30 pm at Crestview Christian Church in Manhattan.
