Patricia Gale Frey, 89, of Wamego, Kansas, passed away on Friday (January 9, 2026) at her home in Wamego.
Cremation arrangements are in the care of Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego.
Memorial services will be held on Patricia’s 90th birthday, Thursday (February 12, 2026) at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church with Mother Casey Rohleder officiating. Inurnment will follow at Wamego City Cemetery.
The family will meet with friends on Thursday (February 12, 2026) from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 at the church.
