Listen to Obituary

Phillip Eugene Wildenauer has embarked upon his final voyage from this world on the sixteenth day of May 2026, within the familiar walls of his home in Manhattan, Kansas.

Phillip was born on the second day of December in the year 1987 in the rugged lands of Bakersfield, California, to parents Victor John and Misty Sue (Frazier) Wildenauer. Phillip married his kindred spirit, Crystal Miller, on May 23, 2021, in Topeka, Kansas.

Phillip was a devoted father and lived his days as the bedrock of his family. In the quiet essence of his being, he carried the sacred honor of raising his six cherished children with unwavering dedication. Throughout his life, he cultivated moments of serene solitude, taught his children the patience of fishing by still waters, meticulously cared for his firearms, and found joy in playing GTA and COD. In these sacred acts, he found a deep connection not only with his offspring and wife but with Odin and Thor as well, to whom he held spiritual allegiances with, finding strength, guidance and wisdom through Norse beliefs.

Phillip’s living legacy will be held by his spouse, Crystal; children, Victor Wildenauer, Justice Beamer, Alek Wildenauer, Misty Wildenauer, Dayved Wildenauer, and Drama Llama; grandchildren, Casen Jensen-Wildenauer, and an unborn grandchild; sibling, Jason Rankin; aunt, Diana Frazier; cousin, Michael Frazier Jr.; best friend, Derek Hodges; and others of kin and kind.

Though he stands no more in the mortal realm, he was welcomed to the eternal fires of Asgard by his parents, his grandmother Betty Padilla, and his best friend, David Phillips.

On the twenty-seventh day of May 2026, a Funeral Service shall be held at Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego, Kansas, at 1:00 in the afternoon. Burial will follow the service at the Westmoreland City Cemetery, Westmoreland, Kansas.

Phillip's family suggests memorial contributions be made to "Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home" to assist with funeral expenses. Please make checks payable to the funeral home; they may be left in care of Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home, P.O. Box 48, Wamego, Kansas 66547.

Phillip Eugene Wildenauer, best father, patient and kind husband, a lover of solitude, a kindred spirit of Odin, and a guardian of his lineage, now joins fellow warriors within the sacred halls of Valhalla.
