Robert Lee Hanks, 74, formerly of Westmoreland, Kansas, passed away on Monday (November 3, 2025) in Topeka, Kansas.
Graveside memorial services with Military Honors will be held Wednesday morning (November 12, 2025) at 11:00 a.m. at Westmoreland City Cemetery.
There is no visitation, but friends are invited to attend the graveside service.
