Terri Lee Hackett, of Manhattan, passed away peacefully at her home on August 15, 2026. Born on January 5, 1955, in Salina to James and Ladonna Pangrac, she lived a life full of dedication to her family, her work, and her many passions.
Terri grew up in Niles and graduated from Solomon High School. She went on to further her education at Kansas Wesleyan University, where she earned her accounting degree. Terri enjoyed a long and successful career, dedicating more than 30 years of professional service to AGCO-Sunflower of Beloit.
Beyond her professional achievements, Terri was known for her creative spirit and her love of baking, sewing, quilting, and thrifting. More than anything, she treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Gary Hackett; her daughter, Jessica (Steve) Schurle; her daughter-in-law, Tiffany Hackett; and her cherished grandchildren, Tyler (Maddi), Katelynn, Connor, Hunter, and Owen. She is also survived by her sister, Wendy (Don) Fabrizius; her brother, Cary "Butch" (Beverly) Pangrac; and many loving nieces and nephews. Terri was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ladonna Pangrac, and her beloved son, Justin Hackett.
In accordance with Terri’s wishes, there will be no formal memorial service.
Memorial contributions can be made payable to the Good Shepherd Hospice House and left in care of Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home, P.O. Box 48, Wamego, KS 66547.
